Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our candle company. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and provide refunds under these conditions:
1. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the bag and match included.
2. You must wrap the item in bubble wrap or similar protective material to protect it from damage during transit.
3. The item must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it's in good condition and that it was returned in its original packaging.
5. We will issue your refund within three business days via the original payment method used for the purchase once we have inspected the returned item.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for the cost of shipping, and that any item that has been damaged or used may not be eligible for return. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or accept a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
